Answering your question, I play it at 16:9 1080p 60fps. My overall settings are: Vulkan (as I have an AMD card), GPU on normal, no bilinear filter (as FXAA make some dark areas look worse) and the rest pretty much at default. In terms of raw gameplay, the WiiU and Switch versions of BotW are virtually identical. This is by design, with the BotW dev team essentially forced to cross-make the game on both infrastructures. You can barely play BOTW at 30fps on Yuzu while CEMU you can crank that to 4k with tons of graphics packs at 60fps.
